本Ionomycin为Ionomycin calcium,是一种常用的钙离子载体,可以高度选择性结合钙离子(Ca2+>Mg2+>>Ba2+),并且比A23187的效果要好很多。Ionomycin在pH7.0和9.5直接可以结合钙离子,并产生较强的紫外吸收。
Ionomycin常用于转运钙离子穿过各种生物膜。加入Ionomycin最常用于提高细胞内的钙离子水平。通过提高细胞内钙离子水平,Ionomycin可以诱导神经细胞发生细胞凋亡,可以诱导一些细胞产生cell cycle arrest,也可以产生多种由于细胞内钙离子水平升高而产生的其它生物功能。
Ionomycin分子量为747.07,分子式为C41H70CaO9,CAS Number:56092-82-1。本产品纯度大于98%。
本Ionomycin为进口分装,其中5mM包装产品用DMSO配制,有0.05ml和0.2ml两种包装。5mg包装为粉末装。
