H-89也称H89，全称为N-[2-(p-Bromocinnamylamino)ethyl]-5-isoquinolinesulfonamide·2HCl hydrate，是一种常用的PKA抑制剂。H-89可以通透细胞，可以选择性抑制cAMP、cGMP依赖的蛋白激酶PKA、PKG和PKCμ，但对于PKA的选择性抑制作用更强。
H-89分子量为519.28，分子式为C₂₀H₂₀BrN₃O₂S·2HCl，CAS Number：127243-85-0。本产品纯度大于98%。
本H-89为进口分装，其中10mg/ml包装产品用DMSO配制，浓度接近20mM，共0.1ml。5mg，25mg和100mg包装为粉末装。
