本辣根过氧化物酶标记驴抗山羊IgG(H+L)(HRP-labeled Donkey Anti-Goat IgG(H+L))为进口分装,用于Western、ELISA和IHC等的二抗。HRP,即horseradish peroxidase,中文名为辣根过氧化物酶,可以在Western检测时催化ECL类试剂(如ECL、BeyoECL等)产生化学发光,可以在ELISA时催化TMB产生蓝色,也可以在IHC或Western blot检测时催化DAB产生棕色沉淀。
本辣根过氧化物酶标记驴抗山羊IgG(H+L)用于WB、ELISA和IHC的推荐稀释比例参考上表,实际实验操作过程中需根据抗原和抗体的具体情况适当调节二抗的稀释比例。例如对于WB,推荐的可以调节的稀释范围为1:500-5000。
本抗体为用纯化的山羊IgG免疫驴,然后用亲和纯化柱对获得的抗血清进行纯化,并经过人、兔、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、仓鼠、马、鸡血清吸附纯化的优质二抗。对人、兔、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、仓鼠、马、鸡血清蛋白几乎没有结合能力(Minimal Cross-reaction to Human, Rabbit, Mice, Rat, Guinea Pig, Syrian Hamster, Horse and Chicken Serum Proteins)。
本抗体如果用于常规的Western检测,以每次检测需10毫升1:1000稀释的二抗计,可以检测20次。
